General FAQ

Each of our brands have their own opening orders. Both brands have a wide product line within several collections. Each of these collections has its own programs with minimum purchase requirements.

After your account has been approved, your Sales Representative will be in contact with you to assist you with an opening order and answer any questions you have.

  • Coton Colors Company accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Terms payments are accepted in the form of check, ACH payments or credit card (with 3% processing fee)
  • All first orders must be paid with a credit card.
  • Coton Colors Company offers terms on a limited basis after credit approval. There is a $50 credit application fee, paid with a credit card.
  • Please contact your Sales Representative or Customer Success Representative for additional information or to apply for terms.

  • For orders in stock, processing time is typically 5-7 business days. 
  • Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Tallahassee, FL. Transit times vary by destination.
  • If you need your order by a certain date, please contact your Sales Representative or Customer Success Representative.
  • Our products are available on a ”first-shipped, first-served” basis and we are not able to hold product. We encourage you to receive products as soon as they become available to ensure you get the products your customers want.
  • Anticipated ship dates are located at the top of your order. Please note that any order with ship dates on 4th,17th, or the 24th of a month are estimated ship dates for new or out of stock product. We will ship these items as soon as they are available.
  • If you wish to change the ship date of a future order, please notify us at least 10 days in advance of the ship date. Any changes requested less than 10 days prior to ship date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 


  • Changes/edits to an order must be made, in writing, within 10 days of the requested ship date. 
  • Any changes requested less than 10 days prior to ship date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Yes! We use software that encrypts your private information. Your encrypted data is sent to us through a Secure Socket Layer {SSL} security protocol. Ashley is this still accurate/correct way of saying?

This protocol is the industry standard for Internet security. {See Privacy Policy}

An order confirmation will be sent via email once your order has been placed. 

All invoices include tracking information, you can use that information to check estimated delivery.

An invoice copy will be sent via email once your order has been processed, charged and shipped. For any questions on your invoice, please contact us at (850) 383-1111 or at email@cccompanywholesale.com.

We try really hard to avoid mistakes, but unfortunately, it happens sometimes.

Please let us know of any issues with your order by filling out the online claim form HERE within five business days of receipt of shipment.

All claims will be processed as a replacement order. Please submit a photograph(s) of the damage(s)/defect(s) in order for us to process your replacement order.

NOTE: You will not be charged for a replacement order. You will receive a replacement order copy that will state that you are not responsible for payment for the item.

We require a minimum opening orders for each of our two brands. Coton Colors is best suited for specific types of businesses.

We do not sell to the following:

  • Discount or consignment stores
  • Service-based retailers (including but not limited to: tanning salons, car washes and car dealerships, and gas stations)
  • Vendors/booths/kiosks at local fairs, flea markets, trunk shows, etc.
  • Home party businesses
  • Vendors who retail product solely through eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other social media

Additionally, we do not allow our products to be sold by our retailers on Amazon.

Coton Colors Company Brands allows sales and promotions during specific events and pre-determined dates. Promotional products are not to be made available for purchase. Please contact your Sales Representative or Customer Success Representative with any questions.
