    How do I become a Coton Colors retailer?

    • - To become a Coton Colors by Laura Johnson, complete the online application form found HERE or call (877) 801-1292 and speak to an Account Manager or Sales Representative.
    • - Select option 3 for Wholesale Accounts at the menu, then select option 4 to be transferred to an Account Manager.
    • - A member of our sales crew will contact you within 48 hours after your application has been reviewed.
    • - All incoming applications will be reviewed and account acceptance will be determined within 5 business days.

    How do I become a Happy Everything! retailer?

    • - To become a Happy Everything!™ by Laura Johnson retailer, complete the online application form found HERE or call (877) 801-1292 and speak to an Account Manager or Sales Representative.
    • - Select option 3 for Wholesale Accounts at the menu, then select option 4 to be transferred to an Account Manager.
    • - A member of our sales crew will contact you within 48 hours after your application has been reviewed.
    • - All incoming applications will be reviewed and account acceptance will be determined within 5 business days.

    Where can I sell Coton Colors by Laura Johnson products?

    It is important to us to partner with retailers who have invested in our brand and made a commitment to the line.

    • Coton Colors products may only be sold in “brick and mortar” retail locations. Some exceptions may apply. Contact wholesale@coton-colors.com if you would like more information.
    • - Retailers who have an approved and active account with the Coton Colors may sell the products on their retail websites only if they are an approved participant in our Ecommerce Program.
    • - You may not sell Coton Colors products to resellers or distributors, at flea markets, on sites such as eBay, Etsy, or Amazon, or at consignment shops. Contact us at (877) 801-1292 or at wholesale@coton-colors.com for further clarification of these guidelines.

    Where can I sell Happy Everything!™ by Laura Johnson products?

    What is a minimum opening order?

    Each of our brands have their own opening orders. Both brands have a wide product line within several collections. Each of these collections has its own programs with minimum purchase requirements. After your account has been approved, your Sales Representative will be in contact with you to assist you with an opening order and answer any questions you have.

    What methods of payment do you accept?

    • - Coton Colors Company prefers payment in the form of a credit card. We accept all major cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
    • - All first orders must be paid with a credit card.
    • - Coton Colors Company offers terms on a limited basis after credit approval. There is a $25 credit application fee.
    • - Please contact your Sales Representative or Account Manager for additional information or to apply for terms.

    How do I update my account information?

    When will my order ship?

    • - All in-stock items should be shipped within three to five business days of the order being placed.
    • - Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Tallahassee, FL. Transit times vary by destination.
    • If you need your order by a certain date, please contact your Sales Representative or Account Manager.
    • - Our products are available on a ”first-shipped, first-served” basis and we are not able to hold product. We encourage you to receive products as soon as they become available to ensure you get the products your customers want.
    • - Anticipated ship dates are located at the top of your order. Please note that any order with ship dates on the 17th of a month are estimated ship dates for new or out of stock merchandise. We will ship these items as soon as they arrive.
    • If you wish to change the ship date of a future order, please notify us at least 10 days in advance of the ship date.

    Can I change/cancel my order?

    We hope you are thrilled with all of your purchases, but if you need to make adjustments please be sure to contact your Sales Representative or Account Manager.

    • - Order changes and cancellations must be made, in writing, at least 10 days prior to ship date.
    • - Changes made less than 10 days prior to ship date may be in progress and subject to a restocking fee.

    Can I discount Happy Everything!™ by Laura Johnson products?

    We have developed a pricing structure designed to protect all of our retailers and uphold the integrity of our brands. Please contact your Sales Representative or Account Manager with any questions.
    • - The Coton Colors Company enforces a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy that can be found HERE.
    • - The Coton Colors Company authorizes limited, advertised sales of its products. All sales must have an advertised start and end date, and cannot be longer than one week in duration.
    • - Sales, discounts and promotions in the Happy Everything!™ brand are authorized during the bi-annual Get Happy parties and select other promotional events.

    Is my order secure?

    Yes. We use software that encrypts your private information. Your encrypted data is sent to us through a Secure Socket Layer {SSL} security protocol. This protocol is the industry standard for Internet security. {See Privacy Policy}

    How do I check the status of an order/item?

    An order confirmation will be sent via email once your order has been placed. For any questions on your order or a specific item, please e-mail or call (877) 801-1292. At the menu, select option 3 for Wholesale Accounts, then option 1 to speak to Accounts Receivable.

    How do I request a copy of an invoice?

    An invoice copy will be sent via email once your order has been processed, charged and shipped. For any questions on your invoice, please e-mail or call (877) 801-1292.

    How do I file an order claim for damaged goods or incorrect items?

    We try really hard to avoid mistakes, but unfortunately, it happens sometimes.

    • - Please let us know of any issues with your order by filling out the online claim form HERE within five business days of receipt of shipment.
    • - Our fulfillment team will process damage claims within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of your claim.

    What do I do if I don’t know my password or login?

    Forgot your password? No worries, we can help!

    • Click HERE and enter your email address in the “Forgot your password” section to request a new password.
    • You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received the password change email after 5 minutes.

    What is the FTP site?

    The FTP site is a website that houses the Coton Colors by Laura Johnson brand and Happy Everything! by Laura Johnson brand image library. In addition, you can download social media resources and evergreen campaigns {designed to help you immediately start spreading the word that you’re a Coton Colors by Laura Johnson or Happy Everything! by Laura Johnson retailer} can be found on this site! All resources are organized by brand and collection.

    How do I access the general FTP site?

    Logging in to the FTP site is simple. Just follow these directions:
    • - Type http://files.coton-colors.com:81 into your web browser.
    • - Enter the username and password given to you by your account manager.
    • - Double click on the folder that contains the information you are seeking.
    • - Select the download option from top tool bar to download images.
